Open Decks Sessions!
| LAVAL Entertainment brings Open Decks Sessions! to The Velvet Lounge on the 4th Saturday of every month. We are the only Open Decks Night in Perth and not only that, we dont even a Demo CD. Just come down from 8pm on any ODS! Night and put your name down for the next one. Remember, slots are limited and are given out on a first come first served basis so get down early to ensure you secure your spot.. And if you miss out, you can always come back and try again next time.. We’ve had over 80 DJ’s that have spun there over the last 14 months. Many of which used ODS! as a “practice” event before they went on to spin at prominent DJ comps like Habitat, Limelite & Bedroom to Bigroom. Not only that, but we’ve also had a few guys appear at Ministry Of Sound (AceBasik, BacicH), “Fresh Produce” (Dead Easy, BobNocerous), & Geisha (Sean Morrison). Not to mention the special guest DJ’s that we’ve had grace the ODS! stage including, Mono Lisa, Philly Blunt, Signal Drivers & Micah. We welcome all genres, so all you bedroom DJ’s out there, don’t be shy, your 3 goldfish have heard you play that set too many times and are gettin sick of it, it’s time for you to come put ya name down and show us what you got. And while you’re there, stick around for a couple of nice cold pints and support Perth’s underground DJ talent. So what are you waiting for?? Come down to ODS! and check us out whether you’re a budding DJ, or just love music and are up for a great night out.
